Jeremiah Weid

Jeremiah started his career at Barlow in May of 1994. Jeremiah started as an apprentice and now is in charge of the day to day operations.

Jeremiah holds a J1, W5, P7, Backflow & Cross Connection Inspector, Class 1 Water Treatment Plant Operator, Class 1 Water Distribution Operator and a Radon Mitigation License.

Jeremiah is a member of the Connecticut Water Well Association serving as the Secretary for the past 10 years. Jeremiah serves on  the education committee where he is currently working on a formal training program for J License Apprentices.

Jeremiah was instrumental in changing the apprentice ratio from 3 to 1 to 2 to 1. This took many years and a lot of help form state lawmakers and industry leaders.

Jeremiah also fought for the W5 and W6 Well casing extension license to allow plumbing and J license holders to be able to perform well casing extensions.
